BMW Car Clubs Indonesia Celebrates 19th Anniversary with Motorsport Launch
BMW Car Clubs Indonesia (BMWCCI) marked its 19th anniversary, officially commemorated on May 24th, 2022. With 29 Chapters and 2 Registers, the club continues to strengthen its organization and national presence.
The celebration, themed “Great Club, Great Communication & Great Contribution,” took place simultaneously across all chapters, with the main event at Bestindo Car Utama, Bintaro, attended by around 150 participants from Regional 2 (Jakarta, Banten, Bogor, and Bandung Chapters) and the E30 and Classic Registers.
Secretary and event chairman M. Soleh al Hakim highlighted the club’s commitment to unity and community impact. President Dadan Drajat Martamihardja expressed joy at reuniting members after pandemic restrictions, encouraging humility and mutual support.
A key highlight was the official launch of BMWCCI Motorsport, offering members a platform to pursue racing through programs like the BMW One Make Race (OMR 2022) at Sentul Circuit. The initiative aims to nurture talented racers and expand BMWCCI’s contribution to Indonesia’s motorsport scene.
