BMW Car Clubs Indonesia (BMWCCI) successfully held its 5th Leaders Summit in Purwokerto, following the agreement from the January 2023 working meeting.
The Summit is BMWCCI’s main platform for uniting leaders from all Chapters and Registers to align the club’s vision, mission, and goals while enhancing leadership and organizational management skills.
Delegates from 29 Chapters and 2 Registers (E30 Register & Classic Register) attended the event at Dominic Hotel.
BMWCCI President Dadan Drajat Martamihardja highlighted the importance of the Summit in shaping future leaders through sessions on leadership, communication, and collaboration, ensuring knowledge gained is shared across local clubs.
Event Creator and National Secretary M. Soleh al Hakim (Mas Hakim) emphasized that BMWCCI’s learning program is unique among car clubs, fulfilling governance standards set by the BMW Club & Community Management (BMW Council) in Germany.
The curriculum covered Organizational Management, Effective Leadership, Communication, Group Discussion, and Team Building.
The successful 2023 Leaders Summit reaffirmed BMWCCI’s commitment to cultivating strong leadership and maintaining alignment with international BMW club standards.
