Indonesian Bimmerfest 2023: Uniting All at Mandalika International Circuit
Mandalika International Circuit, Lombok | November 10–11, 2023 – BMW Car Clubs Indonesia (BMWCCI) successfully hosted the 15th annual Indonesian Bimmerfest (IBF), organized by the BMWCCI Lombok Chapter under the theme “Mandalika Unites All.” Held for the first time at the Mandalika International Circuit, the event delivered a spectacular experience for BMW enthusiasts nationwide.
BMWCCI President highlighted that IBF 2023 celebrated the club’s passion for the BMW brand, elevating the Bimmerfest spirit by utilizing a world-class racing venue. The event drew remarkable participation from Chapters and Registers across Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia, with many members driving long distances to attend.
IBF 2023 recorded 137 BMW units and 1,020 participants, featuring Track Day, BMW Parade, and racing activities with 35 Speed Hunter racers and 95 Fun Trackday drivers. The event offered attendees a rare opportunity to drive on an international-grade circuit.
BMW Indonesia and BMW Tunas headlined as main sponsors, launching the BMW iX and hosting the iXplore Day, test drives, a Phonegraphy Contest, and a Go Green tree-planting campaign. Other highlights included TipTip’s marketplace support, HSR Wheel’s touring campaign and giveaways, and a Die Cast Meetup with contests and races.
The event closed with a grand prize draw featuring a maroon BMW E30, HSR wheels, and BMW merchandise. BMWCCI expressed appreciation to all sponsors, partners, and the Lombok Chapter for making Indonesian Bimmerfest 2023 a milestone celebration.
