Preserving BMW Heritage: BMWMCTH Visits Collector of Rare Classics

In celebration of 100 Years of BMW Motorrad, the committee and members of BMW Motorcycle Club Thailand (BMWMCTH) visited Mr. Jirawat Preecha, a renowned Thai collector whose private collection includes some of the rarest and most historically significant BMW motorcycles ever produced.

Among the highlights of Mr. Jirawat’s collection is the BMW R32 (1923) — the very first motorcycle ever built by BMW — along with a range of meticulously preserved vintage models that trace the evolution of the brand’s engineering and design excellence over the past century.

During the visit, BMWMCTH expressed heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Jirawat for his generous contribution to the 100 Years BMW Motorcycle celebration, where he showcased several of his classic machines for members and enthusiasts to admire. The display not only reflected BMW’s rich heritage but also deepened the club’s shared passion for preserving motorcycling history.
